Five-year-old girl rescued from collapsed building after 20 hours in Sukkur
SUKKUR: On Friday, a five-year-old girl was rescued after 20 hours from a building that collapsed in Sukkur on Thursday.
The girl has been identified as Naveen Asif and her father, Asif, is still missing.
A three-storey building collapsed on Thursday, killing three people and injuring eight others.
The building was situated on Sukkur’s Station Road. The officials had said that they believed at least 10 people were trapped under the collapsed building.
According to reports, Naveen has been taken to Civil Hospital Sukkur, where doctors say that she is healthy and fine. She has sustained wound and the doctors there are calling her rescue a miracle.
