First Lady of Pakistan visits Philanthropist Bilquis Edhi at hospital.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited Karachi on April 13, two days after assuming the office of Prime Minister, and visited Mazar-e-Quaid.
First Lady Tehmina Durrani was also present in the city of lights on the occasion of PM’s visit to Karachi but do you know why she did not appear with PM despite being in Karachi?
She explained the reason for this through a photo on her Twitter account. Tehmina Durrani shared a photo of her reciting the Fatiha on the grave of Abdul Sattar Edhi, a well-known philanthropist of Pakistan and the father of Humanitarians.
She made her first tweet after assuming the post of First Lady in which she said, “When Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited the mausoleum of the Founder of Pakistan, I went with Saba and Saad Edhi to greet Abdul Sattar Edhi for his tireless efforts throughout his life.
First lady was so much inspired by Abdul Sattar Edhi, to which she has also written Edhi’s autobiography and biography.
Meeting with Bilquis Edhi:
Besides, Tehmina Durrani shared another post in which she appeared in the hospital along with Bilquis Edhi. It can be seen in the picture that Bilquis Edhi was lying on the bed due to illness.
She wrote in the post that today Bilquis and I shed tears in her hospital room, Bilquis cried for her late husband Edhi and me for Bilquis, She is so unwell.
“When she called me first lady I squirmed. Indeed No first lady can match up to the greatness of Edhi’s Bilquis.” She added.
