Fight broke out over ‘Raita’ in Khaipur
15 men have been taken into custody by the police after a brawl broke out in a hotel in Thari Mirwah, Khairpur on Sunday.
Two sets of people got into a fight over raita. Police stated that some customers were denied raita by the hotel staff and owner.
A heated debate was later turned into a fight between the customers and owner over the topic of raita.
At least 10 people suffered injuries when the staff and relatives of the owner jumped into the fight which was started over a denied raita.
Earlier, a brawl broke out between a KFC outlet staff and Foodpanda riders in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
The fight was started at the KFC branch when a Foodpanda rider reached and allegedly started abusing the staff for not preparing his order, while the staff members said that they did not receive any order on his name. They used batons, chairs and stones against each other.
The manager of the KFC branch, Arsalan, filed an FIR against 20 people with only one man mentioned in the FIR by name, Abdul Daim. He has asked the authorities to arrest the culprits.
The manager said when they told the deliveryman that they did not receive any order from his company, then he started abusing them. He went back and brought 30 to 40 men along him who started abusing the KFC and then resorted to attack.
