Aliza’s brother Ahsan Raza accuses Feroze Khan, his legal team of invalidating evidence in court
While talking to the media after the court hearing, Aliza Sultan’s brother Ahsan Raza accused Feroze Khan and his legal team of not addressing the evidence of physical abuse in the court.
He said, “Feroze Khan’s legal team is trying to prove that Aliza is mentally ill and not addressing the evidence of physical abuse in the court”.
He said that the legal team of Feroze are trying to invalidate the evidence of physical abuse but the respected judge is aware of all the circumstances and has not denied any proof yet.
He further added, “Feroze’s lawyers are saying that the pictures are of an eye allergy, well, in an eye allergy, the eye doesn’t swell. They are also not talking about the forensics of the pictures. If they have concerns they can verify it through a medical report”.
While talking about the pictures being viral on social media, Aliza’s brother said, “we never wanted to leak any pictures or documents. we respect the court’s rules and regulations. But it was a public document so it came out of the court. We have so many pictures of Aliza but we will submit them in court”.
