“Feroze Khan refuses to pay necessary amount for children’s expenses”, says Aliza’s lawyer
While speaking to the press, Aliza Sultan’s lawyer Qaim Shah shared the updates regarding the case of Feroze Khan and Aliza Sultan’s children’s maintenance case.
Lawyer Qaim Shah talked about the interim maintenance case of Feroz and Aliza’s children. He stated that Feroze Khan refused to pay the necessary amount for his children’s monthly expenses though he has a stable source of income.
He said, “Feroze will only pay Rs20,000 per month. We even give justification for every expense of children from their daily meals to medical expenses but they wanted to cover everything within Rs20,000”.
He further added that the average amount we demanded children’s expenses is between 5 to 10 million by keeping in mind Feroze’s income from dramas.
In the pervious hearing, Aliza’s lawyer mentioned that her client Aliza is bearing all the expenses of her children for 2.5 months because Feroze didn’t pay a penny for the maintenance of his children.
