“Feroze, his lawyer using delaying tactics in children’s maintenance case”: Aliza’s lawyer
Aliza Sultan’s lawyer shares the latest updates related to the maintenance case of former couple Feroze Khan and Aliza Sultan’s children.
Talking with the media, Aliza’s lawyer Qaim Shah said, “we have written a letter one month ago related to children’s admission expenses, but they [Feroze’s lawyer] didn’t respond.
“In today’s hearing, I’ve requested the respected judge if they are agreeing on something in court so they should reply to us out of court. In court, they say we are ready for compromise but out of the court, there is no proper response from their side. we think they are using delaying tactics”, he further added.
Previously, Aliza’s Lawyer also said that Feroze Khan is not fulfilling the needs of his children and even not paying the school fees of his son Sultan.
