 FC official, policeman die while performing duties during Gilgit-Baltistan election

GILGITL: A Frontier Corps (FC) official and a policeman died while performing duties during Gilgit-Baltistan election.

Sources, quoting chief secretary of GB, said that the police official died from cardiac arrest, while the FC official died in a landslide incident. Bodies of the deceased have been shifted to their houses.

The FC soldier has been identified as Khaista Rehman Afridi son of Abdullah Khan who belonged to Bara area. His body will be buried with official respect and honor in his ancestral village.
