ISLAMABAD: Father of Usama Satti believed that Islamabad police advertently gunned his son down and it did not happen accidently.

Addressing a press briefing in the federal capital, contrary to the police statement, Nadeem Younus Satti said police officials opened fire on his 21-year-old son after pulling him out of his car. He said that the boy was shot in the face, legs, head and chest.

The father said that if the police had shot him while chasing then how bonnet and front screen could have bullet pierced through them.

He said even the car seat did not have blood stain. Moreover, he queried that how they could shoot him in the legs from outside of the vehicle.

A report of the PIMs hospital revealed that six out of the 17 bullets hit the victim.

Five personnel of Anti-Terrorism Squad have been put behind the bars for their embroilment in the killing and a joint investigation team has been formed to investigate the incident.
