Family court orders to verify physical torture evidences submitted by Feroz’s ex-wife Aliza
Karachi’s family court on Friday ordered the city police and hospital authorities to verify the physical torture evidences submitted by Aliza Fatima against her ex-husband Feroz Khan.
Judicial Magistrate (East) Sajid Ali Abbasi adjourned the hearing by directing the SHO Darakhshan Police Station and the Medico-Legal Officer of Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center (JPMC) to submit their reports in this regard by January 11.
Aliza lawyer Syed Qasim Shah had filed a petition requesting the court to summon the SHO and the medico-legal officer to examine the evidence submitted by his client at the last hearing.
In October, the lawyer submitted medico-legal and emergency room reports in a case filed by her client’s ex-husband Feroz Khan.
Advocate Syed Qasim argued that JPMC’s report mentioned injuries on both arms, back, chest and face in November 2020.
Separately, Feroz Khan has filed a petition in the family court for the custody of his two children.
Earlier, the court has ordered the actor Feroz Khan to pay Rs80,000 per month for the expenses of the children on the request of ex-wife.
