Facebook users encountered an unusual happening with their accounts, on Saturday (today).

According to the sources, scores of people were reportedly logged out of their accounts automatically and a large number of them faced trouble in logging in back to access their Facebook accounts.

The users have brought the issue to the social media giant’s notice. One of the users stated that Facebook asked them to log in with the provided code, however Facebook repeatedly denied to accept the code.

Moreover, some users informed that their session expired and they had to log in back.

On the contrary, Facebook has informed that they are looking into the matter to resolve it shortly.

“We’re looking into reports of people being logged out and having to login again to access their Facebook accounts. We’re working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience,” Facebook management wrote on Facebook App page.
