“Ex-wife Aliza is not financially stable”, Feroze Khan requests the court to grant him children custody
Following the separation from Syeda Aliza Sultan, actor Feroze Khan has requested the court to grant him custody of his children.
The case about custody of the children of the separated couple was heard in Karachi District East court.
According to Feroze Khan’s lawyer, Aliza, his ex-wife, was not mentally fit. He further stated that she was also not financially secure enough to support the children’s expenses.
The attorney begged the court to grant custody of the kids up until the case’s conclusion and permit his client to see them four days a week.
Aliza’s lawyer, Barrister Qaim Shah, countered by claiming that Feroze Khan spends the majority of his time away from home. He said that the actor breaks things to vent his wrath and that children cannot be in a safe environment with a demented person.
Following the conclusion of the arguments, the court reserved its decision, which will be announced on October 20.
