 Ex-Finance Minister Hafeez Sheikh reaches Karachi after SHC grants protective bail

Former Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Sheikh reached Karachi from Dubai after Sindh High Court (SHC) granted him 10-day transit protective bail and ordered National Accountability Bureau (NAB) not to arrest him.

According to airport sources, Abdul Hafeez Sheikh has reached Karachi via Dubai from the US. At the Jinnah terminal, Abdul Hafeez Sheikh was given a very unusual protocol. Large number of police personnel were also deployed outside the lounge at Jinnah Terminal.

Sindh Chief Minister’s protocol took former Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Sheikh with them on his arrival to Karachi airport.

Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, who was Finance Minister in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, reached Karachi via Dubai from USA, he did not have any baggage with him.
