KARACHI: The devastation caused by record heavy rain in Karachi was not confined to living people only as dead were also affected.

Several graveyards across the city have reported to be ruined by the heavy rainfall that caused multi-billions of losses. Road and house infrastructures have badly been affected. Scores of graves caved in exposing the dead bodies specially at Sakhi Hassan cemetery and a graveyard in DHA.

The civil administration is responsible to provide solace to the living and dead of the city alike.
