ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz on Monday said the entire network behind the sugar crisis would be exposed in the next few days.

“No one would be spared whether he is from the treasury bench or the opposition,” he said talking to a local news channel.

Countering the negative propaganda of opposition over making forensic report on sugar crisis public, he said the sincere leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan was behind the whole process from investigation to making it public.

To a question about the government’s COVID-19 strategy, Shibli Faraz said the government’s policy in this regard was very clear from the very beginning, as it wanted to save the precious lives of people and uplift business activities, which later proved successful.

He said the government constituted the National Command and Operational Center and successfully handled the COVID-19 situation.
