Eleven people, including six women and four children, were injured in an unprovoked firing by the Indian Army’s on Line of Control (LoC) in Khoi Ratta sector.

According to ]ISPR, the Indian Army fired mortar shells and rockets at an ongoing wedding ceremony at Jakjut village.

According to ISPR, the Indian Army deliberately opened fire on women and children.

ISPR said that the firing of the Indian Army was a reflection of moral degradation and violation of human rights, and also a violation of the 2003 ceasefire agreement.
