Islamabad: NEPRA has increased electricity prices by 83 paise per unit.
According to details, the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) said that the increase in electricity prices has been made in the context of monthly fuel adjustment.
According to NEPRA, the increase in electricity prices will be applied to consumers’ bills this month, which will impose an additional burden of more than Rs 10 billion on consumers this month.
The increase in electricity prices will apply to all consumers except Lifeline. This increment is in line with the July 2020 adjustment.
