Eid ul-Adha being celebrated today in Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: Eid-ul-Adha is being celebrated with full religious fervor in the Gulf countries including Saudi Arabia on Tuesday (today).
Eid prayers were held on a limited scale at Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi (SAWW). Special prayers for the safety of the Muslim Ummah were also offered on this occasion.
Eid ul-Adha is being celebrated today in the Gulf countries as well as in Europe, America, Africa, Central Asia and Turkey. Muslims in the Far East, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam are also celebrating Eid today.

Coronavirus has reduced people’s purchasing power. Therefore, livestock markets in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Bangladesh, Palestine and other Muslim-majority countries have been complaining about inflation. In Bangladesh, special trains were run to transport millions of people from Dhaka and other major cities to their hometowns.
On the other hand, the performing of Hajj rituals has entered the final stages. The pilgrims will move back to the tents in Mina today, while at sunset they will throw pebbles and offer sacrifices. After which the pilgrims will return to Masjid-ul-Haram from Mina and perform farewell Tawaf.
