NORTH WAZIRISTAN: Eid ul Adha is being observed in an area of North Waziristan on Thursday (today) in continuation of past traditions.
Unfortunately, people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are divided on the issue of Eid ul Adha yet again this year. Eid prayers were offered at a mosque of Mir Ali area’s village Haider Khel. People claimed that they were celebrating Eid after sighting moon.
North Waziristan will see three Eids this year as some areas are set to celebrate Eid tomorrow, while rest of the areas will observe Eid on Saturday.
