KARACHI: Dr Krishan Lal Khatri, a resident of Karachi, has developed an artificial intelligence model that uses air quality and weather data to predict if there will be more asthma patients in hospital emergencies.
He built this AI system for his PhD thesis.
According to the US Embassy Pakistan, Krishan Lal Khatri has received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas in 2017.
He is currently working with NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi. He is also a member of the Karachi Chapter of IEEE Inc. USA and the Environment and Energy focus group of Pakistan-United States Alumni Network.
