Dog bites lady news anchor in Karachi

KARACHI: A lady news anchor has filed a case against her neighbor after a pet dog bit her in Karachi’s Defence area.

Police said the woman who claimed to be a news anchor, Qandeel Nasra, lodged an application at the Darakhshan police station against her neighbor woman after her dog bit the media person.

In the complaint, the resident of DHA Phase V, Khyaban-e-Shamsheer, claimed that it was a stray dog not a pet one. She said it posed great threat to the residents of the building where she was residing. She claimed that she had asked the woman to expel the dog from the building and had written a complaint to the Defence Housing Authority also.
