Decisions in the party are made with my consent: Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain
ISLAMABAD: PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has issued a statement on the news over dissension in the party.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain in his statement said that all political decisions were taken in my consultation, our family and party are on the same page, so the rumors that are going on are baseless and false.
“All decisions in the party or at home are made with my consultation and consent. I do not believe in explanation. I would like to say that I am considered head of the family,” he said.
The PML-Q president further said, “I have been told that there are dissensions in your family. There is no truth in this. Our family has been spread for 50 years in all districts of Pakistan, not just Punjab. Decisions are made with my consent, those who want to gain political advantage by propagating dissensions will be disappointed.
It is to be noted that after the nomination of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi as the Chief Minister of Punjab yesterday, there were reports of dissensions in the PML-Q.
