Peshawar Zalmi Head Coach Daren Sammy is eying second Pakistan Super League (PSL) title for his team.
In a video statement, Sammy said that his team was fully ready against Karachi Kings. “I am extremely joyful over Peshawar Zalmi’s qualifying for the PSL playoffs for the sixth consecutive time,” he said.
He said he felt pride in his team’s consistent performance throughout the PSL. He said in the season six, Zalmi won five matches and lost as many matches.
“There is a lot of space to improve in the team’s performance. Now our full focus is on the game against Karachi Kings,” he maintained.
The Zalmi coach, who won PSL-2’s final as a captain, said that he wanted to win the second title now for Peshawar Zalmi fans and its chairman Javed Afridi.
