Dania Malik moves SC to claim Aamir Liaquat’s property

Aamir Liaquat’s third wife Dania Malik has filed a petition in the Supreme Court’s Karachi registry against the decision of the Sindh High Court (SHC), to dismiss the case of Aamir Liaquat’s postmortem, further she requested the court to allow her to become legal heir of Aamir Liaquat’s property and wealth.
In the application, Dania took the position that the decision of the judicial magistrate should be restored and an autopsy should be ordered for Aamir Liaquat, the decision of the Sindh High Court cannot be upheld in the eyes of the law.
Dania made the statement that the Sindh High Court did not properly evaluate the evidence and facts, the divorced wives of Aamir Liaquat do not want the exhumation and post-mortem, while it is important to know the cause of death of Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
She wrote that being Aamir Liaquat’s wife and heirs after his death, Aamir Liaquat’s children and wives have become illegal occupants of property and wealth.
Additional Sessions Judge, Magistrate and Secretary Health Sindh among others have been made parties in the petition.
