CTD kills two suspected terrorists of Karachi Saddar Blast

The Counter Terrorist Department (CTD) of the Karachi Police has killed two alleged terrorists after an intense exchange of fire in the Mauripur area.
Two terrorists allegedly involved in recent blasts in the city were killed while one of their accomplices escaped during a CTD operation in Mauripur area of Karachi.
According to CTD in-charge Mazhar Mashwani, the raid in Mauripur was carried out on the information of the wanted accused involved in the recent terrorism but when Police Company reached the spot terrorists opened fire. The terrorists, who were injured in the retaliatory firing, died on the way to the hospital.
According to sources, the main accused in the blast along with his accomplice were killed during a joint operation of intelligence agencies and CTD in Mauripur.
However, the CTD said that the dead terrorists may have been involved in the Saddar blast. The accused were identified as Allahdino and Nawab while one of the injured terrorists escaped on a motorcycle during the operation.
According to police officials, one kilogram of explosives, bomb making equipment and electronic devices were recovered from the bag from the terrorists.
