CTD arrests ‘most wanted’ terrorist in Karachi

KARACHI: A terrorist named in the ‘red book’ of the government, Abbas Jafri, has been arrested in Karachi on Wednesday.

A joint raid of the counter terrorism department (CTD) and an intelligence agency was carried out to arrest the terrorist of a banned organization.

Moreover, the CTD revealed that Abbas Jafri was a right-hand man of another leading criminal, Yawar Abbas.

The criminal was alleged of being involved in abetting other terrorists by reccing to carry out terrorism activities in Karachi, said CTD spokesperson.
