Criticism over General Bajwa has caused anger in Pakistan Army: PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that a lot of anger had taken place in Pakistan Army due to the criticism from the opposition parties.
In an interview, Imran Khan said Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was a sensible man and didn’t react negatively towards the criticism that he received from the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) as Bajwa believed in democracy.
Furthermore, Imran Khan said he would mull over submitting his resignation if the opposition parties could continue their sit-in protest in Islamabad even for a week. He asserted that if the PDM goes on long march, only then people would know that who would resign.
For the sake of country’s betterment the prime minister said that he was longing for the resignation of opposition members, as they were putting pressure on The Pakistan Army to eliminate the democratic government.
