COVID-19 spike: 4,368 new cases, 63 deaths reported

Pakistan has reported 4,368 new positive cases of coronavirus with 63 new deaths across the country in the past 24 hours, according to National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).

Total  42,418 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours as positivity percentage was measured at 10.29%.

Meanwhile there are total 40,120 active cases in the country with 2,170 new recoveries.

Pakistan is alarmingly facing the third wave of the coronavirus as it has so far reported 645,356 confirmed cases and 14,091 deaths during the pandemic.
