 COVID-19 spike: 3,669 new cases, 20 deaths reported

Pakistan has reported 3,669 new positive cases of coronavirus with 20 new deaths across the country in the past 24 hours, according to National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).

Total 43,498 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours as positivity percentage was measured at 8.4%.

Meanwhile there are total 33,070 active cases in the country with 1,686 new recoveries.

Pakistan is alarmingly facing the third wave of the coronavirus as it has so far reported 630,471 confirmed cases and 13,863 deaths during the pandemic.
