Plaintiff’s lawyer Nisar Asghar in his arguments said that the investigating officer had no evidence to the extent of Zakir Jaffer and Ismat Adamji. The parents themselves believe that they came from Karachi, went to the police station three times, gave license to the police and then the police released them.
Plaintiff’s lawyer argued that the incident took place on the day of Eid-ul-Adha which has three holidays. CDR and DVR were with the lawyers to prove that the plaintiff was at the scene before ten o’clock. Shaukat Muqaddam arrived at the scene at 11:45 p.m. According to Shaukat Muqaddam, the murder was reported at 10 p.m and at 11:45 p.m, the police wrote a statement.
Plaintiff’s lawyer Nisar Asghar argued that the witness, police constable Aqsa Rani, said that she had reached the spot at 10:15 pm. Imran, in-charge of the crime scene, says he arrived at the scene at 10.30 pm. Only policeman Basharat Rehman arrived at the scene before 10 p.m.
The plaintiff’s lawyer said that the employees of the therapy works were present at the scene and the police station was only one and a half kilometers away. If everything had been done in the police station then the FIR should not have had different writings.
Plaintiff’s lawyer Shah Khawar argued that there was solid evidence based on DVR, CDR, forensic and DNA. All evidence is scientifically incorporated. The prosecution proved the case against the accused. The court should punish the accused severely.
After concluding the arguments of the plaintiff’s lawyer Shah Khawar, prosecutor Rana Hassan Abbas while initiating the final arguments said that everything is seen in the DVR as to who came first and who came later, there is no doubt. The nickel gloves have Noor Muqaddam’s blood on them, which proves that Noor Muqaddam was tortured before she was killed.
Prosecutor Rana Hassan argued that the Punjab Forensic Science Laboratory approved that there is no editing in DVR recordings. When Noor Muqaddam jumped, she could not walk properly. Every citizen of the country is watching this case to see how the system of the country is running. The court should make the Noor murder case an ideal case and the accused should be given maximum punishment.
Asad Jamal, lawyer for accused Ismat Adam, in his counter arguments said that the investigation was going on for one and half months but he did not talk about call data. We have not even considered the call data record.
