Court allows Feroze Khan to meet his children twice a month

A family court in Karachi allowed Feroze Khan to meet his children Mohammad Sultan and Fatima twice a month—every first and third week.
After announcing their separation, Feroze and Aliza Sultan moved to Karachi’s family court for the custody of their children. Later, Feroze’s ex-wife Aliza also moved to court to seek expenses for her two children.
According to Aliza’s lawyer, his client has requested a monthly maintenance payment of 1 lac for each child and separate housing for her children that meets the same standards as their father’s. While Feroze’s attorney said that they are not willing to arrange a separate accommodation as it will increase the security concerns of Feroze about his kids.
For now, the court granted visitation rights to Feroze, which require him to submit his CNIC and passport to the court before visiting his kids.
The case hearing will resume on November 1.
