 Corona’s fifth wave intensified, 15 more dead

ISLAMABAD: The fifth wave of corona virus has intensified in Pakistan, today 15 more patients died. 

The death toll from Corona rose to 29,137, according to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC). 

Statistics 26 Jan 22:
Total Tests in Last 24 Hours: 51,063
Positive Cases: 5196
Positivity %: 10.17%
Deaths :15
Patients on Critical Care: 1293

During the last 24 hours, 51,063 tests were carried out of Corona in which 5,196 new cases came to light while the rate of positive cases remained at 10.17%, the number of people infected with Corona rose to 1,386,348. 

The NCOC further said that the condition of 1,293 patients suffering from corona virus who are undergoing treatment in ICU is critical.
