Corona positive cases reached close to 50% in Karachi

Corona cases continue to rise in Karachi and the rate of positive cases has risen close to 50%. 

According to the health department, 6,760 people were tested for corona in the city yesterday out of which 3,149 people tested positive for corona virus. 

Officials of the health department said, the rate of positive cases in Karachi was recorded at 47.56% during the last 24 hours. 

In Hyderabad, the positive rate of Corona has reached 17.27%. 

59,343 corona tests were performed and 7,678 new cases were reported across the country. The corona positive case rate was 12.93%, bringing the total number of corona cases nationwide to 1,353,479. The condition of 961 patients is critical and are undergoing treatment in ICU.
