Conspiracy hatched to assassinate Nawaz Sharif in jail, says Maryam Nawaz

SUDHANOTI: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Thursday said that various conspiracies were hatched against Nawaz Sharif and a conspiracy was hatched even to assassinate him in prison.
Addressing an election campaign rally in Baloch area of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, she said that she had brought greetings of Nawaz Sharif, the son of Kashmir. She said that the blood of Kashmir ran in her veins.
Maryam Nawaz said that Captain (R) Safdar did not go to court on Tuesday due to ill health. She said she also pleaded for exemption from appearing in court as she wanted to meet with the people of Baloch.
“They are afraid of Nawaz Sharif. Imran Khan’s morning and evening happen with the name of Nawaz Sharif. There are supporters of Nawaz Sharif in every party of Kashmir,” she said.
She said that a conspiracy was hatched in the United States to throw Kashmir in the hands of India. National secrets were known to everyone else but to the nation, she added.
The PML-N leader said that she came to know that a conspiracy was being hatched to drop petrol bombs on the people. “When the price of oil goes up, so does the price of everything. Rising oil prices do not matter to Imran Khan because he goes to office on a bicycle,” she quipped.
Maryam Nawaz said that prices of life-saving medicines had been increased for 10 times. “They are conspiring to mortgage the projects made by Nawaz Sharif. Roads and motorways built by Nawaz Sharif have been mortgaged,” she blamed.
