Committee summons Faisal Vawda, Murad Saeed to probe into Arshad Sharif murder case
A two-member fact-finding committee set up by the federal interior ministry to investigate the murder of senior journalist Arshad Sharif has summoned PTI leader Murad Saeed and terminated PTI leader Faisal Vawda on November 21.
Waqar Ahmed, host of Arshad Sharif in Kenya, and his wife have appeared before the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA) in Nairobi for the investigation in Arshad Sharif murder case.
Faisal Vawda and Murad Saeed have been summoned to the FIA headquarters by the fact-finding committee on Monday (November 21), according to sources.
Sources added that notices have been sent to the two leaders to come to the FIA headquarters with evidences.
Earlier, Faisal Vawda and Murad Saeed had claimed that they were aware of the life threats to Arshad Sharif.
