Citizens demand boycott of chicken meat as its price rises sharply

The rates of chicken meat have drastically increased all over Pakistan.

The prices have been increased in different cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. The rates have climbed to as high as Rs480 – Rs500 per kg.

However, the citizens are against this move and have started boycotting the new prices.

People have taken the matter to Twitter and expressed their anger over the development. The social media users have asked citizens to stop the consumption of chicken meat in a bid to control the poultry mafia.
