Celebrities, cricketers tweet prayers and support for earthquake victims

At least twenty two people have died and over 450 are injured after jolts of earthquake, measuring 5.8 magnitude on the Richter scale, were felt in different parts of the country.

Cricketers and different celebrities took to social media to send prayers and support to the victims of this disaster.

I wish & pray safety for everyone. Quite a jolt it was.

Former cricketer and Pakistan’s bowling coach asked everyone to recite Surah Zilzal for safety

Meanwhile, Spokesperson of armed forces, Director General Inter Services Relations (ISPR) Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor said Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa had directed immediate rescue operation in aid of civil administration for victims of earthquake in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
