Cancer patient gives job interview during chemo session

An IT professional who is undergoing treatment for cancer took to LinkedIn to disclose his job search struggles, posting a photo of himself doing an online interview from the hospital.
Taking to LinkedIn, IT professional Arsh Nandan Prasad shared his struggles with getting a job due to his medical condition. He stated that he doesn’t need sympathy but wants to prove himself.
Arsh Nandan Prasad said in his post, “When you give your best in an interview but still do not get a job, understand that you are going through a difficult time in life.”
“I don’t want to gain people’s sympathy by sharing all this, but I want to prove myself,” he said.
In the photo, Prasad can be seen sitting on a hospital bed in a medical gown during the interview.
However, Prasad’s post later went viral, after which users praised his courage and called him a ‘warrior’ who will one day succeed in winning the crucial battle of life.
According to Indian media reports, Prasad even received a job offer from Nilesh Satpute, the CEO and founder of Maharashtra-based tech company Applied Cloud Computing and without an interview.
“There will be no interview,” Satpute added.
