KARACHI: The Sindh Food Authorities (SFA) has sealed Karachi’s famous Chinese cuisine restaurant China Town over poor hygiene conditions.

Although, the restaurant serves the most delicious Chinese food, but many things got exposed after the food authorities raided the restaurant.
According to details, the restaurant was serving stale sea food and using clothes washing detergent for cleaning dishes. The soup which almost everyone likes to have before eating food, was made in a chemical drum and placed uncovered in the balcony.
Despite Supreme Court’s order the restaurant was using Chinese salt in food.
Blood screening of food handlers and other workers, dealing with food items, was declared compulsory. When inquired, the workers of the restaurant were unaware about the medical checkup.
