 By-elections on vacant seats in Punjab, KP

By-polls on total four national and provincial assemblies seats in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are being held on Friday(today).

The Election Commission of Pakistan is holding by-elections on two national assembly seats: Sialkot (NA-75) and Kurram (NA-45), one provincial assembly seat from Punjab: Gujranwala (PP-51), and one seat from KP: Nowshera (PK-63). The seats fell vacant due to the death of the former lawmakers.

According to the ECP, the voting process will continue till 5pm today.
