BEIJING: A teacher punished a schoolgirl for failing to solve a math problem. The concerned authorities suspended the principal and the teacher.
Zhang, a 10-year-old student at a primary school in southwest China’s Sichuan Province, died after failing to bear the punishment of her teacher, according to details.
According to Chinese police and state media, the student was studying at the local Gapu Town Central Primary School. The teacher gave the student Zhang to solve math questions during the class.
During the sentence, the girl started feeling dizzy, and she fell in the classroom. Upon receiving the information, the girl’s grandmother and teacher rushed her to the hospital where she died during treatment.
According to doctors, there were no injuries or signs of violence on the girl’s body.
