 British High Commissioner’s special message for Pakistan, England players in Urdu goes viral

Christian Turner, British High Commissioner to Pakistan, has sent a special message to Pakistan and England players in the Urdu language ahead of first Test match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Taking to twitter, Turner said that England and Pakistan have created a sensation in the world of cricket as the T20 bilateral series was an interesting event and the T20 World Cup final was also memorable.

“Now all eyes are on the test series,” he added.

Christian Turner furthered the victory will belong to the one who shows enthusiasm during the test series.

He also instructed players to not give up.

Turner also spoke with the rickshaw driver in Potohari at the end of the short video, winning hearts on social media.

Pakistan and England kicked off the three-match Test series today at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, with the Ben Stokes-led side winning the toss and electing to bat first.
