Brexit agreement signed by top EU officials

The Brexit Treaty has been signed by top officials of the European Union.
EU Council President Charles Michel said on Twitter that he and EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen have signed the Agreement.
In the meantime the EU Parliament is expected to vote on Sunday on the deal. On 31st of this month, the EU Withdrawal Bill will allow Britain to exit the bloc.

President of the European Council, Charles Michel posted a tweet today confirming the signing of the Withdrawal agreement. While also anticipating that the vote by the European Parliament is due on 29 January.
Earlier this month, the British parliament had approved the Brexit Bill after three days of debate, allowing it to leave the European Union by the end of January.
House of Commons passed the bill by 330-231.
