Bodies of honour killing victims found in Karachi

Dead bodies of a girl and boy have been found in Gulshan-e-Hadeed, an area in Karachi, on Monday (today).
According to sources, the bodies were shifted to hospital by police and Rangers for an autopsy.
The police revealed that the victims were tortured and then set on fire and the case seemed to be of ‘honour killing.’ However, the investigation will be carried out to find out the exact cause of the murder, they added.
The deceased boy is about 12 to 14 years old while the woman’s age could not be determined, said SSP Malir Irfan Bahadur.
He further added that DNA samples of both the deceased will be collected for their identification and a special team will investigate the incident.
