Bilawal House conspired against Imran, not White House, FM Bilawal
Taking a dig at Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan over his claim of US conspiracy against his government, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday said the Bilawal House conspired against Imran Khan and not the White House.
Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari while addressing a conference in Karachi said that we have sent the incompetent Prime Minister home. It was not the White House but Bilawal House that conspired to overthrow the incompetent government of Imran Khan.
“Congratulations to the brothers of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, brothers of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, the people have won, Sindh has won, Pakistan has won,” Bilawal added.
Chairman PPP said that this is a victory of constitution and law, when PPP goes out for the sake of the people to save the constitution, it always works. The MRD movement chased away the Zia ul Haq, we have sent dictator Musharraf home, even sent puppets like Imran Khan, we have been standing firm against this undemocratic person from day one.
Bilawal Bhutto further said that when we started the long march from Karachi, we had asked the elected Prime Minister to dissolve the assembly before our arrival in Islamabad. We reached Islamabad and declared a no-confidence motion against Imran Khan.
“The no-confidence motion was not an external conspiracy, it was a democratic process and we succeeded in that,” he added.
FM stated that we struggled inside the parliament, we struggled in the cities of Pakistan, in the beginning even the opponents and close associates were not believing me. Eventually all the coalition parties chased away Imran Khan, Imran’s mandate was fake, we also defeated Imran Khan in the by-elections.
The foreign minister said Imran Khan kept attacking the constitution and the constitution was a gift of former PM Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. “We told him that we will kick his government, if he messed with the constitution,” he said.
Bilawal said Imran wanted all the national institutions to become his tiger force. Imran wished to make media and judiciary also his tiger force, he maintained. He said the PTI chief made the army and ISI controversial and he wanted to make establishment too his tiger force.
