Barrister Fahad Malik’s murderers get life imprisonment

The Islamabad’s district and session court sentenced three accused involved in the murder case of Barrister Fahad Malik to life imprisonment.
The Islamabad Court’s Judge Ata Rabbani heard the case of Barrister Fahad Malik’s murder, during which the accused were produced in the court.
Later, the court pronounced a reserved verdict in the murder case of barrister Fahad Malik and sentenced the three accused named in the case, Raja Arshad, Noman Khokhar and Raja Hashim, to life imprisonment.
Barrister Fahad Malik was shot dead in 2016 in the limits of Shalimar Police Station Islamabad, after which 4 eyewitnesses gave statements against the three accused named in the case.
In the forensic report of the case, the Kalashnikov used in the murder and the shells found at the crime scene were also matched, while the main accused in the case, Raja Arshad, was arrested from Torkham border while trying to escape from the country.
