Balochistan to continue public transport from today

The Government of Balochistan has allowed inter-provincial and inter-district public transport to resume operation from Monday (today).

However, the government has warned that if SOPs were not followed transportation could be stopped.

Only inter-provincial and inter-district transport has been restored, according to the official notification released Sunday.

SOPs will be tracked including disinfection spray in vehicles according to reports. In addition to this, passengers in buses and vans will be provided with hand sanitizers. Passengers must sit while keeping the gap, and passenger temperatures will be tested.

In addition, passengers, bus drivers, and drivers will be required to wear masks, only three passengers will be permitted in taxis, only 10 passengers will be able to ride in an 18-seater van. They will not be encouraging crowds.
