Bakhtawar tells who actually is her fiance-to-be; he’s not son of US-based businessman
Bakhtawar Bhutto-Zardari daughter of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto will be engaged to Mahmood Choudhry on Nov 27, 2020.
In a tweet, Bakhtawar has clarified that the man she was going to be engaged to was different than the one who was being reported by media.
Quoting a press release of the Pakistan Peoples Party media cell, which gives details about the man, She said, “(I) Have absolutely NO affiliation with any family in the US which is being popularly quoted by most media. Hope this clears up all misinformation.”
She also thanked everyone for the good wishes. “Unfortunately the cards were leaked before even scheduled to be officially sent,” she said.
Mahmood Choudhry is the son of Mohammad Younas and Begum Suraiya Choudhry who hail from the old town of Lahore. Younas migrated to the United Arab Emirates in 1973 where through hard work he established businesses in the construction and transport industry.
Mahmood, the last born of 5 siblings was born on July 28, 1988 in the city of Abu Dhabi. He completed his primary schooling in Abu Dhabi and secondary schooling in the United Kingdom. Mahmood further went on to study Law at the University of Durham. The family’s primary country of residence remains the United Arab Emirates where Mahmood continues to run his businesses in construction, finance and tech.
Earlier, local media had reported that she was going to marry a son of a US-based tycoon.
