ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistan cricket player Moin Khan’s son Azam Khan has become part of a foreign league.

The players’ draft for next month’s Lanka Premier League (LPL) in Sri Lanka has been completed, with eight Pakistani players representing various franchises, including Azam Khan.

Pakistan’s Muhammad Amir, Sarfraz Ahmed, Shoaib Malik, Usman Shinwari, Shahid Afridi and Azam Khan will also be part of the team, while fast bowler Wahab Riaz has been included in the Candy Tuskers.

Teams will be allowed to sign more contracts with foreign cricketers before November 1.
