Islamabad’s anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday criticized the evidence provided by police in Osama Satti murder case.

During a hearing of the murder case, the judge asked the police official whether the pictures of Osama Satti’s car had been taken on which the police said they had taken the pictures of the car from back.

In this regard, judge believed that if Osama got hit from the bullets it must have exited through the seat however, the pictures of the seat and bullet exit points were not taken which angered the judge.

Moreover, the victim’s lawyer, Raja Faisal accused the police of siding with the suspects. Now, the five suspects are on their physical remand which have been increased for seven more days.

On January 2, Osama was hit by multiples bullets and died on the spot as police fired at his vehicle while trying stop him at Kashmir Highway.
