KARACHI: Two unknown riders shot dead a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf office bearer near Madni Masjid in Aisha Manzil area, Karachi.

The motive behind the killing could not be ascertained yet. Police have found two shells of 9mm pistol from the crime scene, while further probe is underway.

In a video obtained by Dialogue Pakistan, the deceased can be seen complaining about the piles of garbage and trash in Azizabad area. He held District Central chairman, Rehan Hashmi, of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhter responsible for the mess in the megalopolis.

Shocked to hear the terrible news about Asif Chickli who was shot dead today while coming out of a mosque after performing prayers. Asif was a dedicated peace loving patriotic Pakistani who stood up to the terrorists & opened the 1st @PTIofficial office near 9-0 pic.twitter.com/yjreQkkWgD
